      Washington County Service Center Construction, Minnesota

Northern Elements Photography provided Washington County with weekly updates of the construction progress at two construction sites, one in Cottage Grove, Minnesota and one in Forest Lake, Minnesota.  Photographs were taken from fixed vantage points around the sites for time-lapse images of the entire process from the groundbreaking to the ribbon-cutting. Other photographs are also taken of the workers and other key components of the construction and building process. View a construction services brochure (1MB PDF).
